State Farm Bank and The Unity Council are pleased to present the 16th Annual Dia de los Muertos Festival on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The festival will be held between 33rd Ave. and 37th Ave. on East 12th St., as well as in the Fruitvale Village.
